  • Account means a unique account created for you to access our Service or parts of our Service.

  • Service refers to the iFeq Design platform and AI agent services.
  • Subscriptions refer to the services or access to the Service offered on a subscription basis by the Company to you.
  • Terms and Conditions (also referred as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Acknowledgment

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between you and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by them. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit anyone under 18 to use the Service.

Subscriptions

Subscription Period

The Service or some parts of it are available only with a paid Subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually), depending on your chosen plan.
At the end of each period, your Subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or the Company cancels it.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your account settings or by contacting the Company. You will not receive a refund for fees already paid for your current period but will retain access until it ends.

Billing and Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Revolut Merchant API. You must provide accurate and complete billing information, including full name, address, and a valid payment method (credit or debit card).

Payment Security

We use Revolut’s secure infrastructure to process transactions. Your payment data is encrypted and handled according to PCI DSS standards. We do not store your complete card details.
Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards supported by Revolut.

If automatic billing fails, an electronic invoice will be issued requiring manual payment before the due date.

By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge applicable fees on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan.

Fee Changes

The Company may modify Subscription fees at any time. Any change will take effect after the current billing period, and reasonable notice will be provided to allow cancellation before renewal.

Refund Policy

We aim for your satisfaction while maintaining fairness and business protection.

Refund Eligibility

  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund (first payment only).
  • Service Issues: If significant downtime prevents use, a prorated refund may apply.
  • Billing Errors: Incorrect charges due to system errors will be refunded.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Partial subscription periods
  • Renewal payments after the initial 14 days
  • Accounts terminated for Terms violations
  • Consumed AI agent usage or services

Approved refunds will be processed via Revolut within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Certain refunds may be granted at the Company’s discretion outside the standard policy.

User Accounts

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all actions under it. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of your account.

AI Agent Services

iFeq Design provides AI-powered agent services for customer interaction, lead qualification, and appointment booking.
You acknowledge these services are automated and may not always yield perfect results.
You are responsible for monitoring AI performance. The Company is not liable for business outcomes based solely on AI interactions.

Content

Your Right to Post Content

You are responsible for any Content you post, including its legality and appropriateness.
By posting, you grant us a license to use, modify, display, reproduce, and distribute it through the Service to provide AI agent functionality.

Content Restrictions

You may not post unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content.
Examples include:

  • Promoting illegal activity
  • Defamatory or discriminatory material
  • Spam or unauthorized advertising
  • Infringing intellectual property
  • Malware or harmful software

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the Company nor its suppliers shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your data.
By using our Service, you agree to data processing in accordance with that policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for any reason including Terms violations.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
You may also terminate your account by discontinuing use of the Service.

These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
If changes are material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before they take effect.
